FIRE CIRCLE
Solo guitar work alternates with performances of vocal chanting and collaborations with electric improvisational groups Nexus and Theta State. In 1992 Peter formed his own group, Fire-Circle, which combines jazz and flamenco on an eastern rhythmic base. ‘Q’ was originally commissioned by Gitbox Rebellion, and composed in Robert Fripp’s new tuning, which was designed to allow greater exploration of the guitar’s musical range.
The only thing criticis and fans be-mourned alike was the fact that Fire Circle never got released on CD…
